SUSTAINABLE RIGHT DOWN TO THE CORE
The inside of our product is just as important as the outside. Downlite is well-known for processing Down and Feathers for over 100 years. Downlite was the first RDS scope certified down supplier in the world and remains a current, active stakeholder in the RDS (Responsible Down Standard) revision process. In addition, to our natural Down and Feather fills, we also work with sustainable partners for our synthetic fills.
DOWN & FEATHERS:- Downlite processes Down and Feathers in the most sustainable way. RDS certified ensures the products came from an ethical and humane source. Downlite’s humane sourcing begins with the selection of down and feathers that are harvested as a by-product of the food industry. Downlite, works closely with their suppliers to ensure the humane treatment of the waterfowl.
PRIMALOFT:- Downlite is the exclusive partners of PRIMALOFT, a company fully committed to engineering the worlds finest fibers and fabrics, designed to be felt by you and the planet. PRIMALOFT’s engineers are relentlessly exploring how to innovate for the earth from circular-enabled products made from recycled plastic. They are known for creating luxurious soft, fluffy fibers that create the down-like alternative fiber for bedding.
