Thanks for being a social media influencer for DOWNLITE! Getting the best results possible for your post is our goal. Here's some best practice tips to help! We love to see our products in posts & stories combined (Posts stick around, reels/stories come and go - so always include a post). Feel free to share on FB, Tik Tok - anywhere else in addition to what you do for IG.
- TAKE A GREAT PIC! Show off your style! Good lighting, fun decor, kids, pets... make your picture inviting, fun and like-worthy. Try to not cover up the bedding with pillowcases or duvet covers - that way everyone can see the actual products.
- TAG US! Let us know you love the product. We love reposting your pictures and stories! [But please don't tag any agencies on stories or pictures - but you can do it in comments]
- ADD THE CODE. We’ll create a special coupon code for your followers to use. Make sure you add this to your post so they can get special savings. We use different codes - so make sure you use the one assigned to you.

Please leave a review on the product page for the item. Please share your legitimate experiences, so that consumers can have a comfort level that a real person tried the item and how they felt.
Common Questions:
Q: How do we select photos to repost or put in a story?
A: The first thing we look for is a family friendly picture that displays the product in it's best possible way. Depending on the recent content, we might grab and use your photos that day or it could be weeks later - just depends on what we have for content. If your shooting a pillow - don't show it covered up with shams. If your showing a mattress pad - don't cover it up. If your showing a comforter don't place it in a duvet cover. After all the goal is to see the items. Sometimes it is apropos to show packaging in the shots to enforce the brand. Please note any on image tags that reference any of our ad agencies will not get used - please don't put anything but our handle and yours on a photo.
Q: Do we pay influencers?
A: No we do not, we simply send trial products out for review.
Q: I only do Reels - is that ok?
We love being shown in multiple places BUT do require a static post. So feel free to add other ways to learn about us but make sure you have a post.
Q: I reached out but your not accepting my request - why?
A: If we review a potential collaborator and their feed is nothing but product reviews we won't participate. The best way to become an influencer is amazing photos. The size of your following certainly helps - but quality photos are the most important requirement. We also ONLY ship to the continental United States (Sorry to our Canadian friends).
Q: My feed is full of products and brands - is that ok?
A: We strongly suggest you to consider mixing organic content with your feed. Here is an example of a feed with TOO MANY sponsored posts - it looks like all they do is post about products they get - that is not what we want.
